Then you can submit your Move In/Out, non-refundable check for $500, along with the $250 REFUNDABLE DAMAGES DEPOSIT to the Management office as soon as possible. This form will hold a date, however, no request will be processed, or a date guaranteed without payment.
For rentals, a lease will be required before a date is guaranteed. for a full list of leasing rules and regulations please review our Revised Leasing Policy in the Documents section of teh site.
